Product Warranty Information
Your quality product(s) are protected via manufacturer's warranty. Product warranty applies to all products sold through GINI Systems and its dealer network. The table below provides Manufacturer's warranty details for various products.
Warranty is automatically void if products have been serviced or altered in any way by non manufacturer authorized personel.
GINI Systems will not honor any manufacturer's warranty nor will it provide service for products that are purchased from unauthorized dealers.
In the event that warranty service is required, customers have to obtain return authorization and instructions by submitting the Service Request Form before sending the product to our warehouse in California. Replacement or repaired products will be send back via common carrier by ground to customers promptly. All shipping charges and insurance for products returned for warranty service are the responsibility of customers. Manufacturer's warranty does not cover shipping and handling charges and insurance.
Repair service not under warranty is provided on a per-request basis for the cost of materials, plus a reasonable, cost-effective hourly rate. Customer can use the Service Request Form to obtain service and shipping instructions.
In order to receive full manufacturer's warranty, you must register your
product online within 30 days from the date you purchased the product. You can use the Registration From to register your product.
