Return Policy and Procedures

 

It is important for our customers to understand the standards

that have been established within our industry regarding the terms and

conditions of a sale. The purchases consumer electronics are subject to

manufacturer restrictions which may be different from other product purchases

you transact.


Most of the products sold by GINI Systems are subject to a manufacturer's

warranty. The warranty provided by the manufacturer is the first place to look

for assistance with difficulties that may accompany your purchase. To obtain

CUSTOM CONFIGURATIONS:


No returns or refunds will be made for items that are special ordered for you or

for unusual custom configurations of systems.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS:


All discounted products and those marked non-returnable, as-is, or final, are

not returnable. 

Non discounted products carry a 15 day Money Back Guarantee

offered by GINI Systems. Full refund will be given only if the returned product

is in its original condition and is merchantable. Merchantable products means

products that are fit for market, salable at full price, and are like new. All

products returned for refund within the 15 day Money Back Guarantee period that

are not in merchantable products condition will receive a partial refund. The

actual amount refunded for non merchantable products shall depend on it returned

condition and how much it can be sold for at the sole discretion of GINI

Systems. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on

returned products are the responsibility of the customer. No return will be

accepted after the 15 day Money Back Guarantee period. Customer shall contact

the manufacturer for defective products that are under manufacturer warranty.

All returns beyond the 15 day Money Back Guarantee, if

accepted by GINI Systems, will be charged a minimum of 15% restocking fee. A

minimum restock fee of 15% may be applied to products returned as defective that

test to be operational upon return. Additionally, any return that has missing

accessories or is incomplete in packaging will only receive partial refund at

the sole discretion of GINI Systems.


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:


If your shipment arrives damaged: You must note the

damage on the carrier's delivery record in accordance with the carrier's policy,

save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify

GINI Systems immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of

damaged merchandise. If you do not notify GINI Systems of damaged goods within

the first 15 days of arrival, the regular return policy will override any claim

of damage, and your purchase(s) will fall under all current manufacturer

restrictions.


Defective/Dead on arrival products: Certain products,

after support from the original manufacturer has been received, may be approved

for return by technical support  of GINI Systems. The return must be 100%

complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original packaging,

manuals, registration card(s) and software. Original shipping charges are not

refundable. Shipping charges on returned products are the responsibility of the

customer. GINI Systems will match the shipping method and pay for shipping

charges on replacement or exchange products.

 

HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS:


Obtaining an RA Number: Please email to

support@gini.com with product name, model number (if any), serial number, order

number, reason for return, and contact information including name and phone

number within 15 days of purchase for a Return Authorization (RA) number before

returning your product to GINI Systems. No returns of any type will be accepted

without a RA number.


Shipping charges: Original shipping charges are not

refundable. Shipping charges on returned products are the responsibility of the

customer. GINI Systems will match the shipping method and pay for shipping

charges on replacement or exchange products. We strongly recommend you fully

insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage.
